Jose L. Benson
Managing member at Benson & Elkins–MacDonald. Born in Fairfax, Virginia 1970. Graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, Maryland 1993. Graduate of Barry University School of Law where Mr. Benson was part of Law Review (Lead Article Editor), Moot Court Team, and Trial Team. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Association, and Academy of Trial Lawyers Association. He is additionally licensed to practice in the Middle District Federal Court for Florida. Mr. Benson served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Benson understands that for each client their situation is unique and important and he strives to give each client individual attention. Despite being one of the managing members at Benson & Elkins–MacDonald, Mr. Benson still makes himself available to each client. Jennifer L. Elkins-MacDonald
A graduate of Barry University School of Law where she was a member of the school's Law Review and Moot Court team. She is licensed to practice in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Elkins-MacDonald is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Elkins-MacDonald is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia. Prior to forming Benson & Elkins-MacDonald, she was an associate attorney at Korshak & Associates, a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge Walter Komanski in Orange County, and worked as a child advocate in Barry University's Children and Families Legal Clinic.
